Merrily We Roll Along
The Stephen Sondheim musical Merrily We Roll Along is being
presented at the Santa Clara University Louis B. Mayer Theatre on
Saturday, November 11th. Tickets for MAX members are only $12, and $15

MAXSouth Dive Dining
Bini's Restaurant has been San Jose's penultimate dive for decades
featuring great specials of the week (Steak of the Week, Sandwich of the
Week, Pasta of the Week) or sometimes just pot roast. Huge numbers of
regulars return each week and newcomers are made to feel totally
welcome. A family owned and run dive of which we never tire. In fact,

The Late Henry Moss, a new play by Sam Shepard,
starring Woody Harrelson, Cheech Marin, Nick Nolte, Sean Penn. Two
brothers confront each other and their violent past in the mythic
terrain of Shepard's American West. Earl and Ray Moss return to the
adobe house of their larger-than-life father, where family mysteries and
Henry Moss's death get sorted out in surprising ways. A rhumba dancing
girlfriend, a menudo cooking neighbor, and a taxi driver with stories to
tell inhabit this comic and dramatic world. 8:00PM at the

MAX family. This is a holiday favorite for us. We will be dining once again in
the elegant Chapel at Park Hill atop Buena Vista Park in San Francisco.
