Men's Associated Exchange is a volunteer organization managed by a Board of Directors, composed of the Chairman and Directors representing each of the functional areas of MAX. Monthly meetings of the board are normally held the second week of the month. If you have an issue or topic to be added to the board agenda, please contact the MAXboard Chairman.

Committees  Most of the work is done by the members that serve on the standing committees. Early each year, MAX hosts a general membership meeting to review the up-coming year and organization's budget.
