| The MAXcommunications Committee is headed by the
Director of Communications, who is the media and communications contact
for the MAX organization. |
Responsible for printed and electronic media, the
position also involves the public and the press, and coordination with
MAX Directors in promoting MAX events. The Director also coordinates the
production of our communications products for MAX members:
- MAXonline The MAX
Web site that provides information about MAX and MAX events to the Bay
Area gay community and serves as the member connection for activity
updates and interaction.
- MAXmail The weekly
e-mail update, highlighting each week's events from the MAXreport and
provides timely information and updates to all members who have email
addresses. It is sent via e-mail each week.

Members interested in helping with MAXonline,
or MAXmail should contact our Committee Director. We are always looking
for volunteers to make our communications products more interesting.
