Most every Friday, MAX members and guests gather at a popular venue for "after work" cocktails and socializing with friends. MAX TGIFs begin at 6:00 pm and run until 9:00 pm when many members get together for dinner at local restaurants. San Francisco TGIF admission fee is $10 for MAX members, and $15 for guests, and covers all of your drinks. In the East Bay, admission is free for members, and a small charge for guests, with a no-host bar. South Bay has a no-host cocktail hour with no admission fee.

MAX TGIFs are probably MAX's most popular events, drawing members and guests to a friendly atmosphere where people are encouraged to meet new friends and make business contacts.

San Francisco MAX TGIFs are held generally held on the third Friday of the month. See the Event List for exact dates. If a month has a fifth Friday, there will usually be a special MAX TGIF held at a glamorous location. These special MAX TGIFs will normally be a benefit for a worthy, local organization, with a small charge for all attendees.
