Filoli Gardens Tour
April is an excellent time to see the multitudes of bulbs blooming at
Filoli. Alexis is long gone, but the house and gardens are going to be
shown by a special guide who knows all about the history and goings-on
of the magnificent mansion. We’ll hear about the “barracks” out back
where all the tradesmen and artisans who worked on the mansion lived. A
man had to be a bachelor to work and live there. Hmmmmm. We’ll have an
optional picnic lunch nearby. Members $12, guests $22.
